From purchasing my car a year ago to warranty service today, this dealership is an absolute waste of time and doesn't care about their customers. (March 2025) I had a service appointment for my car today. I drove from Crestview to FWB just before rush hour traffic, only to be told they could not do the work on it if I planned to wait. They've "only had two technicians" for about a month now and apparently schedule more appointments than they are able to complete in a day. This is my last few days off of work ...

Denzel sold me a 2022 Lincoln Corsair PHEV that was on the Kia lot. I absolutely LOVE this vehicle and the service I received from the team at Step One Kia. Denzel is a very helpful salesman and thankfully not pushy at all. He gave me a great deal and went above and beyond to contact the previous owner to get me the second key fob that was missing.
