6/17/26: I just took my car in for an oil change this time and had yet another great experience! This time, they were in their new location and it is so nice! Plenty of seating with complimentary snacks, coffee, and water. Went in for an oil change and to have air put in one tire that was reading low. During service, they that the air cabin filter needed to be replaced and showed me a picture of it. It looked terrible! They have a nice waiting area and I was out the door in about an hour. Great customer service! I was greeted immediately upon arrival and checked in within about 5 minutes. I will definitely go back and absolutely recommend Step One Kia FWB!

My husband and I have been coming to Kia FWB for the last 3 cars we’ve owned. We came in recently to upgrade for a bigger vehicle. We had our mind set on a Serento but were pleasantly surprised at the new Sletos XLine models. We’ve worked with Nando twice now and both times have been exceptional. He’s very knowledgeable with all our questions no matter how stupid they sound. Made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Really genuine guy. Highly recommend! Thank you Kia!

I bought my very first brand-new car a few days ago, and Austin made it a great experience! He was very personable, professional, honest, and genuine. He made sure that everything was taken care of properly, my vehicle was well-detailed, and it had been waiting for me hours in advance of my appointment. I had started with a test drive under a different salesman, but switched over to Austin who did a much better, wonderful job getting everything taken care of!

Purchasing a new Kia and this has been a quick and straight forward experience. Was not pressured into buying the car. Came back next day to purchase. Worked with Dalton, was a laid back and much needed personable experience. With laughs involved since we all know this is a stressful thing. The finance manager Karl was great as well!
